Returns
Please note that we produce quality fashion jewelry and our goal is make sure our customers have a great shopping experience with us which would also include repeat business. However, should you need to return an item(s), any item(s) purchased can be returned for any reason or if the item is damaged/malfunctioning, as long as it is in like new or unused condition for a store credit. Please initiate the return in our online store and include your Name, Phone number and Email address to start the return process.
The only items(s) that can not be returned are Pierced earrings, Sale items and Special order/custom items that have been altered (from the online description by us @ your request) or created especially for the customer. Any returned item is at cost to the customer. Please include the item being returned with all of it’s tags and proof of purchase (receipt), to be received at 8 Dogan Drive™ within 14 business days of purchase. Once your return has been received, please allow 5 business days for processing and you will be notified by email when the process is complete.
